Valid CDL-A license
21 years or older
3+ months of verifiable driving experience
No more than 1 preventable CMV accident in last 2 years
No major CMV preventable accidents in last 5 years
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years (10 years if while holding a CDL)
Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
No drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in past 10 years
SAP drivers are not eligible
